Heritage Collection: This collection makes up a large portion of homes in Coastal Oaks. These homes are on 58′ lots, with 3-6 bedrooms and 2200 – 3400 square feet, with 2-3 car garages. Resales are throughout the community and down many streets. Recently, resales have ranged from $500k-$600k.

Ambassador Collection: Sitting on 68′ lots, these homes are highly desirable with huge yards and more space between your neighbors. They are primarily situated just inside the front gate, and just behind the back gate. These homes range from 4-6 bedrooms and 2900-3400 square feet. Recent resales were mid to upper $500k-$700ks.

Estate/Signature collection: These lots are large width and depth, and have amazing lake or preserve views. These homes feature 4-7 bedrooms, up to 4 car garages, and are 3100 to over 5000 square feet; something for everyone! Recent home prices range from $700k to over $1.1MM.
