It is important to me that you are happy and make the best decision. I never view your purchase or sale as “just a transaction” I want to get through.

I never charge hidden fees – no transaction fee, doc storage fee, or any other fee. I do not have any affiliated businesses, meaning I recommend those inspectors / lenders /contractors because I trust in their work, not because I am getting any financial incentive.

I only use tried and true professional photographers that capture 5 different exposures with a wide angle lens, and blend the images together for sparkling, bright photographs. I capture the industry’s best 3D tour: a high definition iGuide tour with floorplan orientation.
