Win Wilson brings more than 17 years of international business experience, a master’s degree in Business Management, and a natural ability to solve problems and get things done. Before entering real estate, Win worked with British and Belgian companies in project management and Human Resources Management, developing a strong foundation in business, organization, communication, and managing complex situations.
Win earned her Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom. That experience has shaped the way she approaches real estate today. She knows how to manage moving parts, navigate challenges, communicate effectively, and keep a project moving forward — even when things don’t go exactly as planned.
Win has been a REALTOR® since 2016, bringing that extensive business background into every transaction. She doesn’t give up. When there is a challenge, she looks for a solution. Win lives in Nocatee and works throughout Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, St. Johns County, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fernandina Beach & Amelia Island. Her knowledge of the local market, combined with her project management background, gives her a natural ability to keep the many moving pieces of a real estate transaction organized from beginning to end.
Win is also bilingual in English and Mandarin, allowing her to serve both English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and help make the real estate process easier for families navigating a move to Northeast Florida.
Win has also developed experience working with investors, rental properties, and leasing, giving her an additional perspective for clients who are considering real estate as part of a larger financial or investment strategy. She particularly enjoys helping clients who need a creative strategy to get a property rented or find the right home in a competitive market.
Win also brings an additional perspective through her experience as a Loan Officer. This gives her a valuable understanding of the financing side of a transaction and allows her to help clients better understand their options as they navigate the home-buying process.

Outside of real estate, Win enjoys spending time with her son, Pierce, family, and friends. She also loves playing pool, cooking, karaoke, and celebrating Chinese New Year.
