Gavin Dwyer brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in residential design, remodeling, and construction to his real estate career. After owning and operating a kitchen and bath design and renovation business for more than two decades, real estate was a natural next step. Gavin wanted to take the experience he had built in construction, design, business, and negotiation and use it to help people buy and sell homes.
Gavin began his real estate career in 2025 and has quickly found that many of the skills he developed over the years translate directly to real estate. He understands how to work with people, manage complex projects, solve problems, stay organized, and guide a project from an initial idea through completion.
Gavin looks at homes differently. With more than 20 years in residential remodeling, design, and construction, he understands how homes are built and can recognize differences in workmanship, materials, and overall build quality that may not be obvious to the average buyer. He can help clients recognize potential issues, understand renovation costs, and determine what can realistically be changed.
That experience is particularly valuable when working with new construction and ground-up homes. Gavin can help clients look beyond the finishes and understand what is happening throughout the building process. During pre-construction meetings and walkthroughs, he can help clients know what to look for, recognize areas where workmanship or quality may warrant a closer look, and better understand what they are seeing throughout the construction process.
Gavin understands what it takes to take a project from design and budgeting through material selection, scheduling, construction, and completion. Whether you’re looking at a move-in-ready home, a property that needs updating, a major renovation, or a brand-new home being built from the ground up, he brings a practical construction perspective that can help clients make more informed decisions.
He especially enjoys helping clients see the potential in a property and determine whether a home is truly the right fit. For sellers, his design and renovation background can also provide valuable insight into which improvements may be worth making before putting a home on the market — and which ones may not be.
But Gavin’s experience is about more than houses. He genuinely enjoys working with people, building relationships, solving problems, and helping make what can be a stressful process feel more manageable. He is straightforward, hardworking, approachable, and easy to communicate with. Most importantly, he cares about achieving the best outcome for his clients — not simply getting a transaction closed.

A New Jersey native, Gavin has called Northeast Florida home since 2024. After spending most of his life in New Jersey, he appreciates being able to enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather and the outdoors year-round. Outside of real estate, he enjoys fishing with his wife and their two sons, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of everything Northeast Florida has to offer.
